- Multilingual Receipts: Customers can now receive receipts in their selected language, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience.
- Improved Check Payments: Redesigned graphics guide customers through the check payment process, while new safety enhancements ensure forgotten checks are securely handled.
- Intelligent Volume Control: Kiosks now feature smart audio management, reducing volume during regular use while maintaining full volume for your Kiosk Konnect™ calls.
Enhancements:
- Faster Thank You Screen: We heard your feedback! To speed up transactions, the duration of the ‘Thank You’ screen has been reduced.
- Upgraded Admin Portal: Administrators can now access a ‘Today’ report for daily data insights, PDF exports for cash audit logs, and clearer component error displays, making kiosk management easier.
- Expanded Language Options: We’re so happy to share that, with the addition of Somali, the BillPay Kiosk now supports 12 languages!
